My goal is to make quilting fun and stress-free! We can collaborate on the design, or I can make the choices for you—sometimes "done" is best. If you don’t see a design you like, message me, and we’ll find the perfect fit. After browsing these designs, if you haven't found what you are looking for, I have more designs that are not listed here. If you have a design in mind that is not in my library, I would be happy to help find and buy the exact design that your heart desires!

Some designs are more dense, taking much more time (and thread) to stitch out. Designs that are significantly more dense than my typical designs are listed below and have an increased price due to the extra time and thread it takes to complete the quilt. Want something custom? Most designs are priced at 2 cents per square inch. Denser designs are 2.5 cents per square inch. Custom work starts at 3 cents per square inch.
There is a minimum charge of $40, so even smaller projects like table runners will be rounded up to this amount.
For example: A quilt top measuring 60 inches by 80 inches (4800 square inches) would cost $96 at the 2-cent rate.

I offer my preferred Quilters Dream batting in the following options:
Prepackaged King Size: Natural Dream Cotton Select (Mid-loft) - $60
Quilters Dream 80% Cotton/20% Poly Blend (60" bolt): Natural, unbleached - $0.33 per linear inch
Quilters Dream 100% Cotton DELUXE Loft (Queen roll): Natural, unbleached - $0.40 per linear inch
Quilters Dream Puff 100% Poly (Queen roll): White - $0.30 per linear inch
If needed, I can order other batting options from Quilters Dream.
Please note, batting is an additional charge and is not included in the square inch price. For batting by the roll, I charge based on the linear inch used from queen rolls. I will only use what is necessary for your quilt (smallest side plus a 5" margin) and charge accordingly.
For example: A 60" x 80" quilt would require 65" of batting:
65" of 100% Cotton Deluxe Loft at $0.40/in = $26.00
65" of Dream Puff Poly at $0.30/in = $19.50
King Size Natural Dream Cotton Select is available for $70.

I stock both Glide (#40 & #50 weight) and So Fine (#50) threads. There is no extra charge for thread; it’s included in your quilting price. However, if you’d like to change thread colors during your quilt, there is a $5 fee per color change.
I usually select thread colors that blend with the lighter areas of your quilt to complement your design. But it’s your quilt, so feel free to let me know if you have a specific thread color preference!

As mentioned above, batting is not included in the square inch price. I'm required by the State of Ohio to collect a 7% sales tax on the quilting service portion of an invoice. Batting, shipping, and any design/pantograph fees are not subject to sales tax if outside the state of Ohio.

Shipping Your Top and Backing to Me: I’m located in Granville, Ohio, and you can mail your quilt top and backing to me. Please wrap your materials in plastic to protect them from moisture and place them in a sturdy cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and clearly labeled. The shipping cost will be calculated after your quilt is finished and weighed, and I will add this to your invoice.
Return Shipping: I’ll return your quilt via USPS Priority Mail, using flat rate shipping when economical. Priority Mail includes $50 of insurance and a tracking number. If you’d like additional insurance, please note this on your intake form. While additional insurance is a good idea to protect your quilt during transit, it is not mandatory.

For local customers, I offer flexible pickup and drop-off at my home and can accommodate various days and times. I’m also happy to meet at convenient local spots, such as a quilt shop or coffee shop, to make the process easier for both of us!

Once your quilt is finished, you’ll receive an invoice via email. Prompt payment will help ensure your project is returned to you quickly. I accept cash, Venmo, check, or credit card (with a 3% processing fee).
